Open cell foams are produced by forming bubbles within a liquid and as the tiny foam cells aren’t completely closed, air fills the open spaces inside - this gives foam a more ‘sponge’ like structure that absorbs liquid.
High density foam
High in density (70 Kgs/m3) and exceptionally durable, our open cell foams can withstand regular use without crumbling.
Super soft
Designed to feel super soft and silky to the touch, they’re especially gentle and can be used on those with delicate and sensitive skin, such as babies. They’re also snow white in colour, but can be manufactured in pink or fluorescent yellow subject to volume.
Hypoallergenic & Non-Toxic
Our open cell polyurethane foam is hypoallergenic and our foam is exclusively designed for contact with sensitive skin.
Quick drying
